The Government of Monaco has relaunched the Fonds Bleu, providing a unique opportunity for Monaco-based businesses to secure significant funding for digital transformation. This initiative, which originally began during the Covid-19 crisis, has been revitalized as of October 30, 2024, with a fresh focus on driving economic growth, enhancing security, and promoting innovation through digital solutions.
As announced by State Minister Didier Guillaume, this second phase of the Fonds Bleu targets projects that contribute to Monaco’s economic development through job creation, increased tax revenue, and strategic innovation. The initiative will now support high-impact projects, particularly in Web Development, Mobile Development, cybersecurity, and other areas essential to modern business operations.
Eligible companies can receive financing that covers up to 70% of their project costs, capped at €150,000 across three funding requests. For businesses with an annual revenue above €10 million, funding is capped at €50,000, while newly established companies less than a year old may qualify for up to €30,000 in funding.
