- Data
- Quality, structure, and how quickly you can get a straight answer out of your systems. AI can only learn from what it can reach cleanly.
- Process
- How much of your work is documented well enough for a model to imitate. If the process lives only in people's heads, AI has nothing to imitate.
- Technology
- Whether your tools talk to each other, or you copy-paste between them. Integrated plumbing is the surface AI plugs into.
- Team
